Hi All, Been kicking around an idea in my head and decided to head it up.. A virtual railroad, run in multiplayer, on the Cascade North Western route, free from the file libary at Train-Sim.Com. This route gives, IIRC, 300-400 miles of track to play with. The route would be set to operate between an industrial port in the tri-state area, and a port on the Hudson or one of the Great Lakes, with mountainous terrain and coal mining in between. The railroad would be a subsidiary/partner of the Reading, Blue Mount and Northern, called the Listanning, Yellow Mount and Southern and using a similar paint scheme. I have a roster prepared should this idea go into action: Model Number Range No. of units GP18 1840-1845 6 GP30 2240-2247 8 GP50M-2 3040-3042 3 C30-7 3060-3067 8 GP50 3540-3542 3 GP60 3640-3642 3 SD60M 3860-3870 11 SD70 4060-4063 4 SD75M 4360-4361 2 SD75I 4364-4368 5 C44AC 4460-4463 4 Here is a crude sketch of what the current paint scheme would be: This is just a concept - hell I dont even have MSTS installed at present, but would anyone else consider taking part or giving any comments or questions? Thanks Anthony.. I'm straightening out a few bits and pieces at the moment before I really get stuck in.
