The most likely problem is you put the sounds in the wrong spot... Did you install the sound set to the TRAINSET folder?

I'm not seeing anything that could be wrong on my end... All the aliases match and everything...
Jokel317, did you download the latest ES44V4 zip? It might be looking for an SMS file that wasn't made yet in the version you have possibly... The only engine with the K5LA alias is the 5235...
Maybe Conbuilder can shed some light on the problem... The only problem there is that I don't have (or want) Conbuilder...

Sorry for the double posting but the sms files missing in question are not the K5LA sms but K5HL I just realized the ES44V4 only has K5HLL and K5LA ones.

A note on using Windows Vista, if you do not want to reset your account controls, I have found that if you want to modify/change an engine files using Matt's sounds, and it denies you when you try to save... All you have to do is right click on the engine file of the engine you want to change and paste it into desktop. Then you can open it, change it to what you want, save, then click and drag it back to that engine's folder in your TRAINSET, and overwrite. it works perfect.
