can some one please list the names and were to find fonts for SP, UP, CSX .ATSF locos i know there may be more than one type of font for each road , so may be some one will explain whats ,what in the world of fonts eg what font for a SP ac4400 ? UP sd70m ? UP dash 9 ? thanks

yes i could if i had the internet at home i could sit ther all day trying , but being has i only get half hour a day to do everthink i can includeing downloadso, open e mails and send them i carnt!! thats why i asked

Southern Pacific and ATSF numbers usually use Railroad Roman, and UP uses City Of font. That I know of.

The RR Roman numbers for SP are close if you set the width to 90%. However, it is very hard to get the letters the same. I put this together using photos as a reference. The top line is RR Roman font, the others are from the real thing. Cheers, David.
