Well got wind of a MOW train running down the Plains Valley Railroad mainline powered with their Trio of Blue & White Alco C425s, so I had to go out and give a chase. I did get a few decent pics, and here they are. First shot, the train wasn't very hard to catch up with, it was moving rather slow, less than 20 mph. Crossing one of the many small streams and creeks along the line. They have just dropped off a set of ballast cars in the town of Brainerd, Kansas and are on the way to drop off the rest of the cars. Arriving in the town of Whitewater to drop the rest of the cars off. Now they have dropped the remaining cars, and they are now on their way to the Union Pacific interchange in Newton to pickup a train. Enjoy.
